DELETING TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES

1. Move the mouse pointer to the Internet icon on the desktop (screen) and right click one time.

2. Move the mouse arrow down the list to “Properties”.

3. Click (left click).

4. Move mouse arrow to the middle of the new window.

5. Click on “Delete Cookies”. Click “OK”. On some computers there is only “Delete Files”.

6. After deletion of Cookies, move mouse pointer to “Delete Files” and click.

7. When new window appears, move mouse arrow to the box next to “Delete all offline content” and click the box.

8. Click “OK”.

9. An hourglass will appear where the mouse pointer was.

10. Wait until the hourglass turns back into the “arrow”.

11. Move the mouse arrow to the bottom and click “OK”.

12. The window will disappear. Deletion is finished.

13. Perform this operation at least once a week.
